The President provides leadership and strategic direction for the Lions Club, serving as the primary liaison between the Board and school leadership. The President presides over all meetings, coordinates annual planning, and ensures the organization remains aligned with the mission and priorities of SCCS.
The Vice President supports the President in all duties and assumes leadership responsibilities in the President's absence. The Vice President also assists with volunteer recruitment, leadership development, and organizational planning.
The Secretary maintains meeting minutes, membership records, and official organizational documents. The Secretary is responsible for distributing notices and agendas and ensuring records are accessible to members.
The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day volunteer and event infrastructure of the Lions Club, including concessions, admissions, parking, and game day logistics. This role ensures that home athletic events are well-staffed, efficiently run, and consistently supported.
The Director of Engagement & Stewardship oversees membership, sponsorships, donor relations, and community engagement efforts. This role cultivates a culture of gratitude and generosity throughout the Lions Club and the broader SCCS community.
