The Concessions Committee manages food and beverage operations at home SCCS athletic events. Responsibilities include volunteer scheduling, inventory management, procurement, setup and breakdown, cash handling, and quality control — all with the goal of serving families well while generating support for athletics.
The Admissions & Parking Committee oversees gate operations and parking at home athletic events. Responsibilities include volunteer scheduling, admissions and parking fee collection, coordination of the Athletics Parking Tag Program, traffic and parking management, and ensuring every visitor experiences a welcoming arrival.
The Event Logistics Committee provides general operational support for Lions Club events and SCCS athletic activities. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, hospitality support for coaches, athletes, officials and guests, volunteer coordination, and logistics support for banquets, recognition events, and community activities.
The Sponsorship Committee supports the Lions Club's corporate and business sponsorship program. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prospective sponsors, coordinating recognition and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, maintaining sponsor relationships throughout the year, and supporting renewal efforts.
The Volunteer Recruitment Committee focuses on expanding the Lions Club's volunteer base and welcoming new members. Responsibilities include outreach to prospective volunteers, new member onboarding, volunteer database management, recognition initiatives, and communicating opportunities to the broader SCCS community.
The Communications & Recognition Committee supports the Lions Club's stewardship, communications, and appreciation efforts. Responsibilities include developing impact communications, coordinating donor and sponsor appreciation, supporting social media and newsletter efforts, and organizing student-athlete and coach recognition initiatives.
